Completely non-existent after-sales assistance. Contacted by phone 3 times in September, for repair of a window installed by them a few years ago, no one was heard or seen. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contattati all’inizio dell’estate per la sostituzione di una zanzariera che avevano montato anni fa, mi dicono che prima di settembre non hanno tempo. Li contatto a settembre e arrivo a telefonare 4 volte ed ogni volta mi viene detto che il mio numero verrà dato a chi di dovere e che verrò contattata...inutile dire che questo non è mai avvenuto. Nemmeno l’educazione di richiamare per dire che non hanno tempo.
Pessimi!!!!!
Contacted at the beginning of the summer for the replacement of a mosquito net that they had installed years ago, they tell me that they don't have time before September. I contact them in September and I get to call 4 times and every time I am told that my number will be given to the right person and that I will be contacted ... needless to say this has never happened. Not even the education to call back to say they don't have time.

Siamo andati io e mia moglie allo show rom, ci hanno accolto bene ma porte base solo in 2 colori lasciato tutte le info per sopralluogo e misure per un preventivo (2 blindate e 9 porte interne), dopo una settimana si e presentato un tipo per il sopralluogo alquanto infastidito di doverlo fare ( non capisco il motivo), preventivo mai ricevuto. Nel frattempo ho avuto 2 incontri con preventivo e affinamento dei dettagli e sopralluogo x misure esatte con un altra ditta , definito tutto e staccato un ordine da 14.000 euro. Non hanno bisogno di clienti

My wife and I went to the rom show, they welcomed us well but basic doors only in 2 colors left all the info for inspection and measurements for a quote (2 armored doors and 9 interior doors), after a week a guy showed up for the inspection somewhat annoyed at having to do it (I don't understand why), estimate never received. In the meantime I had 2 meetings with an estimate and refinement of the details and an inspection for exact measurements with another company, defined everything and detached an order for 14,000 euros. They don't need customers
