★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho commissionato loro due inferriate (due, non decine) a fine dicembre. Mi era stata preventivata un'attesa di 30 giorni. Oggi dopo circa novanta giorni (il triplo) e numerose mie email, telefonate e messaggi e loro rimpalli da un giorno all'altro, non ho ancora una data per il montaggio. Se cercate dei professionisti, cercate altro.
 I commissioned two railings from them (two, not dozens) at the end of December. I was given a 30-day wait. Today after about ninety days (triple) and many of my emails, phone calls and messages and bouncing them from one day to the next, I still don't have a date for the assembly. If you are looking for professionals, look for more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno, sono un geometra ed avevo appuntamento questa mattina con il titolare della ditta alle ore 9.00 presso un cantiere per la realizzazione di n. 2 ringhiere: non si è mai presentato nessuno all'appuntamento fissato da una settimana, non sono stata contattata telefonicamente per "disdire o tardare l'orario", ho provato a contattarlo al cellulare senza nessuna risposta e dopo un'ora di attesa sono andata via dal cantiere. Nell'attesa ho chiamato in ditta e neanche loro sono riusciti a mettersi in contatto con lo stesso titolare. Detto ciò sia io come geometra che i padroni di casa i quali hanno preso ore di permesso al lavoro, abbiamo perso tempo per niente.....a ognuno le proprie considerazioni sulla serietà, educazione e professionalità delle persone..........
Hello, I am a surveyor and I had an appointment this morning with the owner of the company at 9.00 am at a construction site for the construction of n. 2 railings: nobody ever showed up at the appointment set for a week, I was not contacted by phone to "cancel or delay the time", I tried to contact him on the cell phone without any reply and after an hour of waiting I went away from the construction site. While waiting, I called the company and they too were unable to get in touch with the same owner. Having said that both I as a surveyor and the hosts who took hours off work, we lost time for nothing ..... everyone has their own considerations on the seriousness, education and professionalism of the people ...... ....
