Pianese ..... Pianese ...... what about Pianese is not a pastry shop ... Pianese is THE pastry shop ... my grandmother (good soul) would have said "ten pìs msur is quality" ... pastry and high level rotisserie, to try.
P	PLEIADI Communication on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una delusione totale. Basta prendere dolci appena più grandi che il costo diventa proibitivo, direi assurdo. Inoltre la qualità è calata a picco; creme che sanno solo di zucchero, nessuna differenza tra la crema del Cannolo ( tra l'altro senza percezione di un minimo di ricotta ) e una normale crema della sfogliatella, in tutto questo anche pessima, con un impasto che sa soltanto di essenze e aromi inutili e una pessima quanto inutile pasta frolla. Ribadisco i costi proibitivi per niente giustificati, ma manco per niente. Non ritornerò mai più. A total disappointment. Just take desserts just bigger than the cost becomes prohibitive, I would say absurd. Furthermore, the quality has fallen sharply; creams that know only sugar, no difference between the cream of Cannolo (among other things without the perception of a minimum of ricotta) and a normal cream of the sfogliatella, in all this even very bad, with a mixture that tastes only of essences and aromas useless and a terrible but useless pastry. I reiterate the prohibitive costs for nothing justified, but I miss them at all. I will never return.

Non si limitano solo a fare dolci buonissimi e belli da vedere, ma fanno anche catering con numerose proposte salate (la crostata di parmigiana di melanzane è eccezionale). La consiglio sicuramente It's my lifelong trusted pastry shop.
