Non riesco a dare un punteggio pieno per la gestione della spedizione che ha subito continui ritardi. Avevo chiesto se ordinando subito il panettone, avrei potuto riceverlo in tempo prima di partire e così non è stato perché non trovavano le fragoline. Poi rientrato dalle ferie ho chiesto di spedirlo per averlo per il fine settimana e mi hanno detto che chiamando di mercoledì era impossibile. Allora la settimana seguente ho chiamato di lunedì e comunque non è arrivato in settimana. Tra un motivo e l'altro ho acquistato il panettone a fine luglio e mi è arrivato dopo un mese e mezzo (di cui due settimane solo per mia assenza). Bastava un messaggio di scuse della gestione o un piccolo omaggio per cambiare umore ma niente di ciò. Ho chiamato di continuo per poterlo avere. Il prodotto resta comunque buonissimo e lo consiglio. Mi viene rilasciato un voucher, quando mi presento per ritirare " la sostituzione" acquisto anche 4 mignon e 2 caffè. Era proprio un' illusione aspettarsi che almeno il caffè venisse offerto?
