E’ un furto,d’istinto avrei voluto lasciarla lì ma sinceramente non volevo rovinarmi la mattinata.
Ho lavorato per molti anni in varie pasticcerie di Firenze molto molto rinomate e molto più centrali e ben curate di queste,sia a livello estetico che altro ma un prezzo del genere per un dolce così e’ ridicolo.
Di sicuro un dolce lo vendete certo ma da voi i clienti non credo proprio che tornino una seconda volta.
Dolce buono ma non ne vale sicuramente la pena.

It's a theft, I instinctively wanted to leave it there but I honestly didn't want to ruin my morning.
I have worked for many years in various pastry shops in Florence that are very very well known and much more central and well cared for than these, both in terms of aesthetics and other things, but such a price for such a dessert is ridiculous.
Certainly you will certainly sell a dessert but you customers do not think they will come back a second time.
Sweet good but definitely not worth it.

Ubicato in zona centralissima, dietro piazza Maggiore e galleria Cavour, nel cuore del quadrilatero dello shopping di lusso, difronte al garage ad ore per il parcheggio e alla fermata dei taxi. Accattivanti vetrine con magnifici dolci e torte decorate catturano l’attenzione. Servizio formale, cordiale e professionale. Interno pomposo, peccato vi siano solo pochi posti a sedere, la maggior parte dei coperti sono al piano superiore, arredata da sala da the. Bar molto ben frequentato da affezionata clientela bolognese. Consigliato per aperitivi accompagnati da finger food, serviti elegantemente. Buona qualità di prodotti, a mio parere prezzi troppo superiori alla media e poco giustificati.
Classic and elegant café with a large outdoor area with tables set. Located in the central area, behind Piazza Maggiore and Galleria Cavour, in the heart of the luxury shopping district, in front of the hourly parking garage and the taxi stop. Captivating display cases with magnificent sweets and decorated cakes capture the attention. Formal, friendly and professional service. Pompous interior, too bad there are only a few seats, most of the seats are upstairs, furnished with a tea room. Bar very well attended by loyal Bolognese clientele. Recommended for aperitifs accompanied by finger food, served elegantly. Good quality of products, in my opinion prices too above average and not very justified.

Questo è quello che per 48 euro (candele comprese nei 48 ) mi hanno dato.. 3 sfoglie con zucchero caramellato e un po' di crema in mezzo.. solo la scritta "Auguri xxx" nessuna guarnizione ne un fiorellino ne una decorazione.. fate voi..se questa è una torta di compleanno.. mi dispiace ma così non va bene..la conosco da anni..fanno molte cose buone ma con questa torta non mi hanno fatto fare una bella figura. Molto male ..
I fix a millefeuille with cream for ten people. This is what for 48 euros (candles included in the 48) they gave me .. 3 sheets with caramelized sugar and a little cream in the middle .. only the words "Greetings xxx" no garnish or a flower or a decoration .. you do .. if this is a birthday cake .. I'm sorry but this is not good .. I have known her for years .. they do a lot of good things but with this cake they didn't make me look good. Very bad ..
