★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto un impianto di allarme con questa società. Sembrava andasse tutto bene, ma dopo un po' sono iniziati problemi per un guasto suonava l'allarme alle ore più impensate della notte, e non era davvero piacevole, immagini sempre che qualcuno sia entrato in casa. Ho dovuto fare non so quante telefonate per diversi giorni prima di potere contattare qualcuno. Finalmente sono arrivati. Il guasto non riuscivano a trovarlo, andavano per tentativi, e intanto ogni qualche giorno continuava a suonare l'allarme in piena notte. Finalmente risolto. Dopo meno di un anno ancora problemi alla centralina. Ho provato a chiamare per due mesi prima che qualcuno di tutti i numeri che avevo rispondesse. Poi mi davano appuntamento che puntualmente non si concretizzava per subentrati problemi..... e pensare che il nostro rapporto era stato perfetto. Ovviamente ho deciso di contattare la casa madre. Spero che mi risolveranno il problema con altre persone più serie e professionali. VERAMENTE INAFFIDABILI

After less than a year there are still problems with the control unit. I tried calling for two months before any of the numbers I had answered. Then they gave me an appointment that punctually did not materialize due to problems later ..... and to think that our relationship had been perfect. Obviously I decided to contact the parent company. I hope they will solve the problem with other more serious and professional people. REALLY INAPIDABLE
