Pessima azienda, promettono e non mantengono, sono solo bravi a chiedere soldi tramite i lori avvocati, per il resto sono dei demeriti incompetenti. Passate alla larga da questa azienda, se così possiamo definirla. I state that I am obliged to put at least 1 Star, they do not deserve a quarter. Bad company, promise and do not maintain, are just good at asking for money through their lawyers, for the rest are incompetent demerits. Go away from this company, if we can define it.

Ho chiesto l'installazione di 6 telecamene IP collegate via etere, con una antenna punto/punto, al modem router situato in soffitta della mia abitazione. Dopo il sopralluogo tecnico, durante il quale hanno provato a consigliarmi la classica soluzione su onda convogliata, abbiamo concordato di perseguire la soluzione punto/punto e ci siamo lasciati con la promessa da parte loro di inviarmi una quotazione tecnica per l'attività da svolgere. Dopo 15 gg dal sopralluogo ho dovuto chiamare due volte in sede, tre sul cellulare della loro commerciale e visto che mi riattaccava il telefono in faccia ho dovuto lasciare tre messaggi scritti. Dopo tre giorni e altri due tentativi di contatto sul cellulare mi è arrivato un messaggio nel quale mi si informava che la Direzione aziendale riteneva l'attività da svolgere tecnicamente al di sopra delle loro possibilità e per questo declinavano la richiesta di preventivo ringraziandomi per avergli interpellati Queste sono le modalità operative e la cordialità messe in campo dalla Prato Allarmi Srl nel marzo 2020. 03/11/2020 I'm sorry to have to write this review, however I want to disclose my negative experience with Prato Allarmi Srl. I asked the installation of 6 IP cameras connected over the air, with a point / point antenna, to the modem router located in the attic of my home . After the technical inspection, during which they tried to recommend the classic conveyed wave solution, we agreed to pursue the point / point solution and we left with the promise on their part to send me a technical quote for the activity to be carried out. After 15 days from the inspection I had to call twice on site, three on the cell phone of their commercial and since I hung up the phone on my face I had to leave three written messages. After three days and two more contact attempts on the mobile phone, I received a message informing me that the company management considered the activity to be technically carried out beyond their means and for this reason they declined the request for a quote, thanking me for asking them. These are the operating methods and friendliness put in place by Prato Allarmi Srl in March 2020.

Mi mandano sempre un tecnico bravissimo, veloce, con un rapporto con le persone invidiabile, un vero piacere trovare gente così. Complimenti For years I have had an alarm system managed by Prato.
