★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst meal we ve had in Italy... The burger was not even good for McDonald's standards... The lasagna.... Well let's just say that I had an upset stomach after I ate it... 1 star goes to the waiter. Avoid at all costs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually the food was really good unfortunately the waiter wasnt. We carry a small bottle of water around with us BUT We ordered f DRINK with our food. The waiter kept looking at us 'when he brought the food he said " you cannot drink your water" we said we were not we are drinking the large bottle we got from you " he said you cannot put it on the table" what did he want us to do put it on the floor..really stupid attitude. We were in Ravenna 3 days and would have returned to eat there . Not great customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star because of the behaviour of the owner. I used the toilets of this bar on the advice of the waitress of a small restaurant next door (which didn’t have a toilet), so I was under the impression they had some sort of an agreement. I was wrong. When I left, the owner came at me shouting (in good English!) that it was his restaurant and the toilet was for use of clients only. Understandable, of course. But that doesn’t justify why he is shouting at someone in the middle of his own restaurant. When I tried to explain why I used his toilets, there was little reasoning with the man and he kept shouting. Money made him calm down. 50 cents for the use of a toilet that I had to clean myself before use, because of the urine everywhere. He definitely won’t see me again as a (real) customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hot sandwitch in reasonable price but dry. No olive nor balsamico added. Wine been provided from unlabeled bottle so basically could be everything. Owner who served us wasnt much pleasant. He looked offended as we asked for a bottle of wine to make a picture, so be careful to not upset him.
