Chiamo e oltre a non trovare il mio ordine, mi viene detto che è stato posticipato (ovviamente nessuna comunicazione pervenuta). In ultima battuta mi dicono che appena torna il fattorino arrivano. Sono passati più di 30 minuti e ancora non ho la mia cena... Good quality food, but bad app take away service. Ordered via app for 7 / 7.30pm, no one has been seen at 8pm yet. I call and in addition to not finding my order, I am told that it has been postponed (obviously no communication received). In the end they tell me that as soon as the bellboy returns they arrive. It's been over 30 minutes and I still don't have my dinner ...

Ad una certa diventa stancante. Ogni giorno ricevo mail/messaggi da parte vostra e non se ne può più con questo marketing eccessivo. Siete bravissimi, non volevo togliervi delle stelle per questo motivo, perché non mi pareva giusto. Ma vi lascio qui questo punto da migliorare. Per il resto, siete FANTASTICI!!!! Ipanini (pickett, thorin, viola e groot) erano semplicemente buonissimi, carne e verdure eccezionali e farciture originali e favolose. Ho apprezzato particolarmente la consistenza dei panini, che non si sono minimamente scomposti o rotti mentre li si mangiava. Le istruzioni per riscaldare il cibo sono un tocco di classe, mai prima d’ora le avevo viste nel servizio di altri locali (non ci sono servite comunque, il cibo è rimasto abbastanza caldo anche all’arrivo e la fame ha avuto il sopravvento) Torneremo sicuramente e MOLTO presto ? One word: Exceptional We ordered take-away and consumed at home, I knew it would not be the same experience as eating on the spot, but we were not disappointed in the slightest. Ipanini (pickett, thorin, viola and groot) were simply delicious, exceptional meat and vegetables and original and fabulous fillings. I particularly liked the texture of the sandwiches, which did not break apart or break in the slightest while eating them. The instructions for reheating food are a touch of class, never before have I seen them in the service of other places (they were not served to us anyway, the food remained hot enough even upon arrival and hunger prevailed) We will definitely be back and VERY soon ?

A	Alice Stella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Panini molto buoni, ordinati a domicilio e arrivati in orario, l’unica pecca è che c’è solo un panino vegetariano e avevamo preso le patatine tartufose e cheddarose extra senza sapere che entrambe avessero sopra una pioggia di bacon. Nell’app ordinando le patatine extra non c’è scritto da nessuna parte che abbiano il bacon, sarebbe meglio specificarlo anche in quella parte del menù, invece c’è scritto solo se vai nel menù dei fritti. E noi l’abbiamo scoperto solo quando ci è arrivato l’ordine a casa. Very good sandwiches, ordered at home and arrived on time, the only flaw is that there is only one vegetarian sandwich and we had taken the extra truffle and cheddarose fries without knowing that both had a shower of bacon on them. In the app when ordering extra fries it is nowhere written that they have bacon, it would be better to specify it also in that part of the menu, instead it only says if you go to the fried menu. And we only found out when the order arrived at home.

Tuttavia si soffre per l'odore veramente pesante di cucina in cui ci si ritrova immersi se si decide di consumare sul posto. Panini colorati quindi piacevoli da vedere, ma non altrettanto gustosi. Soprattutto la carne, per il prezzo medio di 12/13 euro a panino, non mi è sembrata eccellente. Due panini e una birra 31 euro. Ci sono locali in cui il rapporto qualità prezzo è decisamente più alto, a mio avviso ovviamente. Local out of the center, nice decor and very kind staff. However, one suffers from the really heavy smell of cooking in which one finds oneself immersed if one decides to consume on the spot. Colorful sandwiches therefore pleasant to look at, but not as tasty. Especially the meat, for the average price of 12/13 euros per sandwich, did not seem excellent. Two sandwiches and a beer 31 euros. There are places where the value for money is much higher, in my opinion of course.

Il personale è cordiale e attento. Un sitio maravilloso para repetir siempre que se pueda!!! We stayed 4 nights in Ravenna and had dinner here for two. The colorful burger buns are fun, but the quality of the produce is spectacular. The staff are friendly and attentive. A wonderful site to repeat siempre que se pueda !!!
