★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo un iPhone 6s distrutto. Schermo in frantumi e non più utilizzabile. L’ho portato a Vanessa che in maniera molta chiara e schietta mi ha dato diverse possibilità tra cui scegliere. Alla fine ho scelta quella più adatta a me e in poco tempo mi ha restituito il mio smartphone come se fosse nuovo di zecca!
 I had a smashed iPhone 6s. Screen shattered and no longer usable. I brought it to Vanessa who very clearly and frankly gave me several options to choose from. In the end I chose the one that best suited me and in a short time it returned my smartphone to me as if it were brand new!

For me such a repairman is found only in spaceships?. Quickly fixed a big data recovery issue that many repairers said nothing could be done. Highly recommended.

Raramente lascio recensioni, perché do per scontate molte cose, ma in questo caso non potendo lasciare più delle meritatissime 5 stelle, desidero lasciare una recensione perché le cose sono andate ben oltre le mie pur alte aspettative:
Il mio iPad aveva la batteria ormai distrutta dagli anni e necessitava anche della sostituzione del connettore di ricarica, ormai lento e "incerto" nella ricarica. Ho richiesto quindi io stesso la sostituzione di entrambi i componenti.
Mi hanno sostituito la batteria con una al pari dell'originale ma a costo molto più conveniente (e garantita 6 mesi), mentre per quanto riguarda il connettore, andando contro i propri interessi, me lo hanno sistemato, riportandolo sostanzialmente pari al nuovo, e a costo zero.
Ottima la comunicazione (hanno comunque lasciato a me la decisione finale).
Molto celere la riconsegna, non solo l'onestà come detto sopra ma anche il servizio e la professionalità sono state assolutamente oltre il top.
Ripeto, esperienza andata ben oltre le (già alte) aspettative. Avercene di attività così, affidatevi a loro, vi troverete meglio che da chiunque altro.

I rarely leave reviews, because I take many things for granted, but in this case, not being able to leave more than the well-deserved 5 stars, I want to leave a review because things have gone far beyond my high expectations:
My iPad had the battery destroyed by the years and also needed the replacement of the charging connector, now slow and "uncertain" in charging. I therefore requested the replacement of both components myself.
They replaced the battery with one like the original but at a much cheaper cost (and guaranteed for 6 months), while as regards the connector, going against their own interests, they fixed it for me, bringing it back substantially like new, and a no cost.
Excellent communication (they still left the final decision to me).
Very fast delivery, not only the honesty as mentioned above but also the service and professionalism were absolutely beyond the top.
Again, experience went far beyond (already high) expectations. Having such activities, rely on them, you will find yourself better than anyone else.
