f	fede fede on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata per un tampone rapido in data 1 Gennaio ,quindi giorno festivo, senza prenotazione..in un'ora ho fatto tutto! Veloci, organizzati, gentili. Fatto il tampone sono andata subito via senza aspettare e dopo pochi minuti mi è arrivato il messaggio con l'esito. Ho mandato un messaggio in chat e mi hanno risposto nello stesso pomeriggio. Complimenti perché in questo periodo non è facile ! I went for a quick swab on January 1st, then a public holiday, without a reservation… in an hour I did everything! Fast, organized, kind. Once the swab was done, I immediately went away without waiting and after a few minutes I received the message with the result. I sent a chat message and they replied to me in the same afternoon. Congratulations because in this period it is not easy!
D	Daniele Vai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERGOGNA: sono andato per un tampone, neanche tempo di aspettare i 15 minuti che è risultato positivo, la dottoressa esce e me lo fa presente, e fin lì pace, mi reco a casa e inizio a contattare il mio medico... Successivamente guardo il referto sul fascicolo sanitario ed è NEGATIVO con annesso GREEN PASS valido, fortuna che ho potuto accertare la positività grazie ad un ulteriore tampone, la questione si può descrivere in una parola: IMBARAZZANTE. È da questa mattina che sto cercando di chiamare la farmacia per fare presente questo LORO clamoroso errore ma ovviamente nessuna risposta. Meritano fiducia zero. AGGIORNAMENTO: Dopo più di due giorni durante i quali ho provato continuamente a chiamare la farmacia, il mio dottore di base è riuscito a contattarli prima di me e a parlare con il responsabile che ha ammesso subito il mio caso giustificandosi con il mio medico e dicendo che c'è una ragazza nuova a lavorare in farmacia ed è stata lei a combinare il casino... Dal momento che mi sembra una semplice scusa "scarica barile" e dal momento che io ero presente e ho visto chi mi ha gestito la situazione (e non era affatto una ragazza), penso che a questo punto questa farmacia (dal mio punto di vista) non meriti più la minima fiducia, sconsiglierò a chiunque di andarci perché con me, oltre ad essere stati poco professionali si sono dimostrati pure falsi. UPDATE: After more than two days during which I continually tried to call the pharmacy, my primary care doctor was able to contact them before me and speak to the manager who immediately admitted my case justifying himself with my doctor and saying that there is a new girl working in the pharmacy and she was the one who made the mess ... Since it seems like a simple excuse to "dump the barrel" and since I was present and saw who handled the situation for me ( and she was not a girl at all), I think that at this point this pharmacy (from my point of view) no longer deserves the slightest trust, I will advise against anyone to go there because with me, in addition to being unprofessional, they have also proved false.

Vengo sempre in questa farmacia, abitandoci molto vicino, e ogni volta ne esco con la luna storta. Io capisco benissimo che i farmacisti non sono commessi per cui non hanno alcun dovere di essere gentili con me, ma a volte anche solo un tono un po' più pacato, un "mi dispiace" o un "buongiorno" possono davvero fare la differenza. Mi danno sempre l'impressione che il mio essere lì gli dia fastidio. Surely well-stocked pharmacy and competent staff, shame about the rudeness. I always come to this pharmacy, living very close to it, and every time I go out with a bad moon. I understand very well that pharmacists are not salespeople so they have no duty to be nice to me, but sometimes even a little more calm tone, an "I'm sorry" or a "good morning" can really make a difference. They always give me the impression that my being there bothers them.
F	Fiorella Cabral on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale femminile che fa i tamponi sono scortese e poco professionali, innanzitutto la prima volta una di loro non mi voleva dare lo scontrino perché diceva che non glielo avevo detto prima e che avevo pagato in contanti, e pure voleva avere ragione quando lo scontrino sì da sempre in tutte le farmacie, poi il giovane farmacista in cassa con gli occhi chiari è stato gentile e me l’ha consegnato. La seconda volta quella che mi ha fatto il tampone (sempre antipatica) è stata poco professionale , mi ha fatto del male e ho avuto un dolore pazzesco mai sentito, non sono delicate e pure antipatiche con i clienti! Mai vista una cosa del genere. Ci sono farmacie migliori per i tamponi… Questa non la consiglio! The second time the one who gave me the swab (always unpleasant) was unprofessional, he hurt me and I had a crazy pain never felt, they are not delicate and also unpleasant with customers! Never seen such a thing. There are better pharmacies for tampons… I don't recommend this one!
L	Leonardo Cassi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per fortuna la mia esperienza è stata quasi positiva, nel senso che la dottoressa essendo le 21 della sera era da sola dietro al banco ma mi ha servito velocemente e bene, (anche gentile), avevo bisogno di 2 bombole di ossigeno. Nel frattempo che io entrassi è arrivata una persona pensando che alle 21,30 di sera si potesse fare tranquillamente un tampone. Quindi è prima andato ad aprire una porta della farmacia che era stata visibilmente bloccata con qualcosa tipo un distributore di igienizzante, allora la dottoressa è dovuta uscire dal banco e forse dirgli di tornare un altro giorno. Poi l ultimo arrivato che si imbuca davanti al ragazzo prima di me. Sono corso dentro e gli ho detto di aspettare il suo turno. Questo mi guarda borbottando e se ne esce fuori per fortuna. vista la scena la persona prima di me mi lascia entrare. Lo ringrazio vivamente. Da lì poi per caricare ci ho messo 5 minuti. Ci sono in giro persone che appena possono ti fregano il posto, ovunque tu ti trovi. Sanno quello che fanno ma fanno finta di niente. Si approfittare sempre degli altri, che persone....
