★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A me non piacciono le farmacie in generale...ci speculano,facendo la tessera fedeltà che ogni 100 euro hai diritto a 5 di sconto..ma il bello è che non tutti i prodotti che vendono fanno parte a questa iniziativa...
I don't like pharmacies in general ... they speculate on us, making the loyalty card that every 100 euros you are entitled to 5 discount ... but the beauty is that not all the products they sell are part of this initiative ...

Friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Doctor Marco is an exquisite, competent person who knows how to listen. I highly recommend this pharmacy, I am fine !! The best in all of Verona. There are always lots of offers on great products!

Bad, they take my phone booking and then they kick me out because I have symptoms. Professionalism? Education ? Just money, money. Go elsewhere, where the swabs do them to EVERYONE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PURTROPPO SPIACE DIRLO MA HO AVUTO "pessima esperienza"...X MIA MADRE CON RICETTA POST-covid controllo...=non mi hanno accettato x tampone causa la dicitura di isolamento, a loro dire, IMPERFETTA=...MA LA STESSA RICETTA X LO STESSO GIORNO X LO STESSO TAMPONE era perfetta x la FARMACIA S.TERESA....VERGOGNA!!!...tutto x farmi pagare l'importo di 15€!!....E FORTUNA KE SIAMO IN ITALIA??
UNFORTUNATELY SORRY TO SAY IT BUT I HAD "bad experience" ... X MY MOTHER WITH RECIPE POST-covid control ... = they didn't accept me x swab due to the wording of isolation, they say, IMPERFECT = ... BUT THE SAME RECIPE X THE SAME DAY X THE SAME PAD was perfect for the S.TERESA PHARMACY .... SHAME !!! ... all to make me pay the amount of € 15 !! .... AND LUCKY WE ARE IN ITALY ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ma che razza di farmacia è una che ti chiede:"perché vuoi fare il tampone?" E si rifiuta di fartelo perché gli rispondi che hai un pò di mal di gola e vuoi avere una sicurezza personale.
Allora gli asintomatici?che vengono a farselo e risultano positivi? Cosa fate? Scommetto che non ne facciano nemmeno uno...perché ogni motivazione per loro è nulla.
Non possono rifiutarsi di eseguire un tampone che pago regolarmente.
Maleducazione e mancanza di professionalità.

I struggled to get the Pharmacist to listen to me, intent on talking to a colleague, she clearly showed zero interest in what I was exhibiting, she gave me the product, I paid and go.
