★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maleducazione ed ignoranza assoluta. Si sono paragonati da soli a “venditori di televisori”! Forse non ci sono medici in quella farmacia, ma normali venditori e per di più cafoni. Se potessi voterei meno dieci stelline.
Rudeness and absolute ignorance. They have compared themselves to "TV salesmen"! Perhaps there are no doctors in that pharmacy, but ordinary salesmen and, moreover, peasants. If I could I would vote minus ten stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata presso questa farmacia, dove ho trovato la dottoressa Patrizia, che oltre ad essere molto ineducata ha insistito sul fatto che non avrebbe potuto darmi il farmaco richiesto senza ricetta. Facendo notare che sulla confezione stessa c é il marchio " farmaco senza obbligo di ricetta" e che il mio stesso medico lo ha confermato, anziché scusarsi per la figuraccia, la " dottoressa" ha insistito con maleducazione e addirittura infine rifiutandosi di mettere il codice fisclae sullo scontrino.
La professiinalita' è tutta un' altra cosa, decisamente.....

Invadenza assoluta, se il cliente non chiede o non espone il farmacista deve rimanere al suo posto.
Farmacista uomo non solo si è permesso di chiedermi cose mie personali ma è stato anche arrogante. Mi sono recata per fare un favore ad un’amica ma sinceramente sono uscita senza comprare nulla e non metterò mai più piede lì dentro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, ho acquistato due prodotti che per una serie di motivi non ho utilizzato, prodotti integri, scatola nemmeno aperta, nemmeno estratti da sacchetto, completi di scontino, ho chiesto la sostituzione appena riaperta la farmacia, con altro prodotto e nessuna disponibilità alla sostituzione. E' vero che per legge è a discrezione del gestore, proprio per questo motivo non ci tornerò più. Era meglio la gestione precedente se non altro più disponibili
