In più chiedo un collirio la dottoressa al bancone mi guarda come è pensare cosa vuole questo. Dopo non poca attesa è toccato il mio turno ed erano sprovvisti del farmaco da ricetta SSN di cui necessitavo. Lo stesso dicasi per la cliente che mi aveva preceduto. Entrambe abbiamo atteso per nulla. Per quello che mi riguarda ritengo che il servizio erogato sia stato pessimo . M	Manuel Ugolini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato un tampone giorni prima, chiamato con 10 minuti di ritardo per l'esecuzione e ci può stare, dopo 55 minuti di attesa fuori per l'esito esasperato sono entrato chiedendo chiarimenti e l'esito e tessera sanitaria erano lì sulla scrivania chissà da quanto...altri clienti fuori nella stessa situazione, un paio hanno avuto documento e foglio di altre persone, pessimo servizio e pure pagato! quando si vuole fare senza sapere.... Ci sta, loro sono dei professionisti, noi no. Peccato che recandosi dal medico di base per avere conferma sia risultata indubbiamente positiva senza alcuna riserva. Kudos to the tampons business. My wife who was positive at home "do it yourself" went here to open the process: negative. There is, they are professionals, we are not. Too bad that going to the general practitioner to have confirmation was undoubtedly positive without any reservations.

(Ancora nelle vecchia sede) si trova tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno .. note dolenti la signorina che risponde per i tamponi... simpatia proprio fatti da parte.. con l'inserimento di personale nuovo purtroppo si nota una certa " non attenzione " per i clienti.. ad esser gentili.. vedremo nel tempo... nulla da dire per i titolari che sono professionisti e hanno a cuore i propri clienti.. However, I feel I should mention two things because I saw in the comments that other people have complained about the same issues too: first, the hygiene measures in the tent where the tests are performed are not exceptional. Second, we got a marginally positive result (the line was barely visible), took a second rapid immediately after that turned out even paler but yet positive according to the pharmacist, and the day after a PCR at a different center turned out negative (and so did an antigen self-test performed at home by an experienced person). The person had to travel and naturally missed flights etc. on top of the additional trouble. Of course I don't know if the light positivity was due to cross-contamination, malpractice, or falls within the reasonable percentage of false-positive tests, but perhaps they should at least increase the hygiene measures in the tent in order to exclude undesirable results due to poor handling.
