Andiamo a vedere un auto usata che non si poteva provare perchè mancava un cerchione (in riparazione). Chiamo subito il lunedì mattina per dire che siamo interessati all'acquisto dell'auto ma il venditore è assente in quanto di riposo. Mi raccomando con il collega di avvertirlo del nostro interesse all'acquisto e mi viene risposto che non ci sono problemi e che sarei stata richiamata sicuramente il giorno successivo. Morale non vengo richiamata e a seguito mia chiamata mi viene risposto che l'auto è stata venduta! Che dire: poco orientati al cliente ma molto poco professionali ed arroganti. Esperienza totalmente negativa. I had to give a star because none was not possible but it was what they deserved. Let's go and see a used car that could not be tested because a rim was missing (under repair). I call immediately on Monday morning to say that we are interested in buying the car but the seller is absent because of rest. I recommend with my colleague to inform him of our interest in buying and I am told that there are no problems and that I would certainly be called back the next day. Morale I am not called back and following my call I am told that the car has been sold! What can I say: not very customer oriented but very unprofessional and arrogant. Totally bad experience.

Stefano il titolare, è stato una persona come si deve. Difficile trovare di meglio di questi tempi ed in questo settore Complimenti 5 star dealership .... I couldn't find a better one ... G	Giuseppe Gruppuso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rimango a piedi con la macchina, prima di chiamare il carroattrezzi che me la porta alla casa madre più vicina provo a chiamare il concessionario per chiedere quanto mi costerebbe il pezzo ( detto da un meccanico che l ha vista ) da cambiare. Risponde una signorina non maleducata, di più!!!! Non mi vuole dire il prezzo perché la macchina la deve vedere, al che rispondo che la macchina è già stata vista ma siccome il carroattrezzi me la porterebbe li volevo solo sapere all' incirca il costo del pezzo per valutare se farla portare o meno perché se poi non potevo permettermelo avrei dovuto richiamare il carroattrezzi ( che ha un costo ) per riprendere la macchina, ma la signorina mi risponde che quello è un mio problema e non suo. Answers a young lady not rude, more !!!! He doesn't want to tell me the price because he has to see the car, to which I answer that the car has already been seen but since the wrecker would bring it to me I just wanted to know about the cost of the piece to evaluate whether to bring it or not because if then I couldn't afford it I would have to call the wrecker (which has a cost) to get the car back, but the young lady replied that that is my problem and not hers.
g	giulio mancuso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistato auto nuova aspettata 6 mesi, arriva con dei difetti di carrozzeria, la loro risposta è che se non si può mettere a posto non è un problema loro ma del costruttore e cercano di fartela andare bene così. Non aggiungo altro.. Purchased a new car waited for 6 months, it arrives with bodywork defects, their answer is that if it cannot be fixed it is not their problem but the manufacturer's and they try to make it go well. I don't add anything else ..

Personale disponibile e cordiale, mi sono trovato bene. Consigliato. Peugeot dealership in Voghera, but also deals with other brands such as Volkswagen and Suzuki, new cars and used cars with a good choice of range. Helpful and friendly staff, I was fine. Recommended.
