★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il giorno dell'intervento programmato non si sono presentati! La richiesta di intervento era stata da noi confermata a mezzo mail con anche ulteriore contatto telefonico. La ditta comunque ha poi inviato ulteriore mail con preventivo scritto da firmare e restituire per accettazione. Sullo stesso modulo però è indicata chiaramente la possibilità della riconsegna del preventivo firmato il giorno stesso intervento. Si riteneva quindi consegnare il modulo in tale occasione mattina stessa ; quando però la mattina con messaggio inviavo richiesta conferma dell' effettivo orario d'arrivo, ottengo in risposta che... l'intervento non sarebbe stato più fatto in quel giorno in quanto non era stato restituito il preventivo firmato, considerando così un nostro ripensamento.
Ecco il tutto.
A mio parere non corretti, in quanto sarebbe bastato un messaggio whatsapp di chiarimento la sera prima.

However, the company then sent further emails with a written estimate to be signed and returned for acceptance. On the same form, however, the possibility of returning the signed quote the same day is clearly indicated. It was therefore considered that the form had to be delivered on that same occasion in the morning; but when in the morning I sent a request for confirmation of the actual arrival time with a message, I get in response that ... the intervention would no longer be done on that day as the signed quote had not been returned, thus considering our rethinking .
Here's the whole thing.
In my opinion incorrect, as a clarification whatsapp message the night before would have been enough.
