Sia in fase di acquisto (ho potuto fare ben due prove di guida con l’auto) sia in fase di post vendita. La concessionaria ha diversi punti vendita nelle province di BL e TV per cui è sempre possibile trovare l’auto giusta a km 0. Dopo tre anni rimango ancora soddisfatto per il servizio e il prodotto. Se avete intenzione di comprare un auto della casa tedesca, consiglio sicuramente una visita presso questa concessionaria. New Mercedes car purchased about three years ago. I was able to appreciate and experience the professionalism of the staff. Both in the purchase phase (I could do two driving tests with the car) and in the after-sales phase. The dealership has several sales points in the provinces of BL and TV so it is always possible to find the right car at km 0. After three years I am still satisfied with the service and the product. If you are planning to buy a car from the German company, I would definitely recommend a visit to this dealership.

Essendo io di Bergamo mi risultava difficile potermi recare in concessionaria quindi mi ha inviato un video messaggio mostrandomi la vettura nel dettaglio, dopo aver bloccato l'automezzo con un bonifico, nei giorni a seguire mi ha inviato ulteriore video messaggio mostrandomi l'intervento da parte della loro officina per preparare la vettura che mi è stata consegnata al top. Loris Nana, con molta pazienza e puntualità, ha lavorato molto bene a distanza, inviato tutto il necessario e soddisfatto tutte le richieste, a volte noiose, cercando il giusto equilibrio economico. Ottimo servizio. Complimenti all'organizzazione. Buying a car in Sedico while living in Milan can be complicated at times. It wasn't. Loris Nana, with a lot of patience and punctuality, worked very well at a distance, sent everything necessary and satisfied all requests, sometimes boring, looking for the right economic balance. Personalmente sono stata seguita da Loris il quale fin dall'inizio è stato molto disponibile ed è riuscito a trovare quello che volevo in tempi brevissimi. Ho atteso un mesetto prima di fare la recensione per verificare se anche in termini di consumi Loris fosse stato onesto :-) e devo dire che anche in questo caso confermo la su affidabilità. Molto disponibile e cordiale anche la ragazza all'accettazione. Consiglio vivamente I'm very satisfied. Personally I was followed by Loris who from the beginning was very helpful and managed to find what I wanted in a very short time. I waited a month or so before doing the review to check if Loris was honest in terms of consumption :-) and I must say that even in this case I confirm its reliability. The receptionist was also very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend
