L'impasto è sempre soffice, sottile e cotto al punto giusto, le farciture sempre abbondanti e la scelta variegata. Molte le pizze golose, ottima qualità delle materie prime. La pasta sul fondo della pizza è sempre bianca, indice che il forno a legna viene pulito regolarmente. Le mie pizze preferite? Pizza al prosciutto e rustica!
In all likelihood (and all due to the competitors) the best pizza in Cermenate and beyond. The dough is always soft, thin and cooked to the right point, the fillings are always abundant and the choice is varied. Many delicious pizzas, excellent quality of raw materials. The dough on the bottom of the pizza is always white, indicating that the wood oven is cleaned regularly. My favorite pizzas? Ham and rustic pizza!
