Sinceramente in entrambi i casi nulla di che, soprattutto la milanese di vitello dove la panatura si staccava a ogni taglio con il coltello! Inaccettabile! Pizza discreta ma da migliorare le materie prime. Personale gentile ma non sempre presente, comodo parcheggio, prezzo accettabile. Detto questo, se migliorassero la qualità del servizio e delle materie prime potrebbe essere un buon ristorante all’interno dell’hotel! I went twice to eat, the first time for the pizza and the second time for the restaurant! Honestly, in both cases nothing special, especially the Milanese veal where the breading came off with each cut with the knife! Unacceptable! Discreet pizza but raw materials need to be improved. Friendly staff but not always present, convenient parking, acceptable price. That said, if they improve the quality of service and raw materials, it could be a good restaurant within the hotel!

G	Gianni Tapra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono venuto apposta per assaggiare la loro pizza, dico che le aspettative erano alte, un tam tam mediatico mi raccontava di un pizzaiolo professionista salito al nord per farci assaporare la vera pizza partenopea. Premetto che l'impasto era molto equilibrato, ma secondo me mancava ancora di qualche ora di lievitazione, aggiungo poi che il fiordilatte era veramente di pessima qualità e l'acidità del pomodoro era un po' troppo marcata, peccato perché la cottura del cornicione era perfetta e francamente con prodotti migliori anche a discapito di un aumento di prezzo finale, penso si possa raggiungere un buon livello qualitativo. Tutto sommato il locale è pulito ed il servizio corretto, chiaro che non ci troviamo in un locale stellato, anzi qui si viene per un pranzo di lavoro che come priorità ha il tempo. Carta dei vini e bevande da rivedere, ma ripeto qua io sono venuto per la pizza e ahimè non ne esco soddisfatto. I state that the dough was very balanced, but in my opinion it still lacked a few hours of leavening, I then add that the fiordilatte was really of poor quality and the acidity of the tomato was a bit too marked, too bad because the cooking of the cornice was perfect and frankly with better products even at the expense of a final price increase, I think we can achieve a good quality level. All in all, the place is clean and the service correct, it is clear that we are not in a starred restaurant, on the contrary we come here for a business lunch that has time as a priority. Wine list and drinks to be reviewed, but I repeat here I came for the pizza and alas I do not come out satisfied.
