G	Gianmarco Di Fazio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato un trecciato sul sito di questo negozio qualche settimana fa, purtroppo il trecciato non faceva al caso mio, ho chiesto la sostituzione (non è possibile cambiare un filato in nessun negozio), pensavo non accettassero ed invece addirittura sono stati prontissimi e gentilissimi a sostituirlo e a rispedire di nuovo. Devo dire che ho trovato sicuramente un negozio e dei negozianti splendidi e disponibili.. Pochi lavorano con questa serietà, grazie davvero e continuate così! I ordered a braid on the site of this shop a few weeks ago, unfortunately the braided line was not for me, I asked for a replacement (it is not possible to change a yarn in any shop), I thought they would not accept and instead they were very prompt and very kind to replace it and send it back. I must say that I have definitely found a splendid and helpful shop and shopkeepers .. Few work with this seriousness, thank you very much and keep it up!

Piccolo problema con GLS , che ha riportato il collo in magazzino , visto che io ero al lavoro e tramite mail mi hanno avvisato che avrebbero ritentato la consegna l'indomani . Lavoro vicino al deposito GLS , per cui sono passato io a ritirarlo ed è andata bene così . A parte ciò , azienda seria e prodotti conformi all'ordine. CONSIGLIATO !!! I ordered some stuff online last Sunday, four days and my package arrived in perfect condition and well packed. Small problem with GLS, which brought the package back to the warehouse, since I was at work and by email they advised me that they would retry delivery the next day. I work near the GLS depot, so I picked it up and it went well. Apart from that, serious company and products conform to the order. RECOMMENDED !!!
