F	Federico Corradini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra grande, attrezzata e pulita ma con scarsa attenzione da parte del personale, ho chiesto una scheda da 3 giornate e me ne hanno data una da 4 giorni. Essendo un neofita della palestra non so bene i movimenti da praticare durante l'esercizio, il trainer mi spiegava l'esercizio e appena toccava a me farlo se ne andava senza guardare cosa facevo. L'unico trainer preparato era A. mentre gli altri pare che non abbiamo voglia di stare dietro alle persone. La sconsiglio a tutte le persone che si addentrano nell'attività del fitness mentre la consiglio a chi già sa come allenarsi. Great gym, equipped and clean but with little attention from the staff, I asked for a card from 3 days and I have given one for 4 days. Being a neophyte in the gym I do not know the movements to be practiced during the exercise, the trainer explained the exercise to me and as soon as it was my turn, he would leave without looking at what I was doing. The only trainer prepared was A. while the others seem to have no desire to stay behind the people. I do not recommend it to all the people who go into the activity of fitness while I recommend it to those who already know how to train.

Il posto non è molto visibile dalla strada e bisogna cercare su internet il posto in cui si può trovare la palestra. Musica molto alta e quindi la consiglio principalmente a giovani. Sono passato solo per un giorno di prova e quindi nel lungo periodo non posso giudicare. Non sono riuscito a trovare pesi gommati o zona powerlifting. Da quello che ho potuto vedere anche la parte corsi è ben predisposta e varia. Da tornare e da consigliare Nice gym, lots of equipment and machines. The place is not very visible from the street and you have to search on the internet for the place where you can find the gym. Very loud music and therefore I recommend it mainly for young people. I only went through a trial day and so in the long run I can't judge. I couldn't find any rubber weights or powerlifting area. From what I have been able to see, the course section is also well prepared and varied. To return and to recommend

Alla quinta lezione siamo molto soddisfatti, siamo seguiti molto bene dal trainer Arnold. La consiglio Franco Retired recently, my wife and I decided to join this gym, (first time in life) after a trial lesson we signed up for 3 months. In the fifth lesson we are very satisfied, we are followed very well by the trainer Arnold. I recommend Franco

Il personale vedo che aiuta veramente e molto efficientemente tutti , per qualsiasi sia il bisogno. I feel really good, even if I train during peak hours 17 / 17.30 I am perfectly able to use all the necessary machinery. The staff I see that they really and very efficiently help everyone, whatever the need is.

Alla richiesta di piani tariffari diversi, ti rispondono in modo proprio non educato. Avranno lo stesso comportamento anche alla richiesta della redazione del programma di allenamento? Sconsigliato!! I would give less, if I could, BAD customer service. VERY RUDE male staff and not at all helpful. When asked for different tariff plans, they answer you in a very unpolite way. Will they have the same behavior even when requested by the editorial staff of the training program? Not recommended !!
