Dopo aver instaurato (a quanto pareva) un certo rapporto di confidenza con il titolare, ho comunicato disdetta in maniera informale (al telefono), considerato che fino a quel momento era stato il principale metodo di comunicazione con l'azienda. L'errore che ho commesso è stato di non farne comunicazione ufficiale e, con gran sorpresa, ho ricevuto le fatture per l'utilizzo del software anche dopo aver smesso di usarlo da mesi. Onestamente l'ho trovato un atteggiamento fuori luogo (probabilmente si sono risentiti del fatto che io abbia deciso di utilizzare un software diverso dal loro, per di più di gran lunga migliore). My experience has been negative. The software is outdated and the assistance is low. After establishing (apparently) a certain relationship of confidence with the owner, I communicated notice informally (on the phone), considering that until then it had been the main method of communication with the company. The mistake I made was not making it official and, to my surprise, I received invoices for using the software even after I stopped using it for months. Honestly, I found it to be an out of place attitude (probably they resented the fact that I decided to use software other than theirs, much better by far).
