P	Pia Serbelloni Mazzanti Vien dal Mare on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono ormai da anni che frequento con assiduità il centro natatorio, ma mai come quest'anno sono rimasta ammaliata e stupita dalla bellezza delle zone verdi dell'impianto. Splendida l'aiuola con le palme, sublime e d'impatto la geometria e la bellezza con la quale sono state trapiantate le begonie (presumo da un bravissimo vivaista). Complimenti! I have been frequenting the swimming center for years now, but never like this year have I been fascinated and amazed by the beauty of the green areas of the facility. The flowerbed with palm trees is splendid, the geometry and beauty with which the begonias have been transplanted are sublime and impactful (I presume by a very good nurseryman). Compliments!

m	mirco Luciani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamato telefonicamente per chiedere informazioni in merito a delle lezioni di nuoto non usufruite da mia figlia, la ragazza che mi ha risposto mi ha prospettato due soluzioni: la prima era quella di riscrivere nuovamente mia figlia a un nuovo corso e in questo caso avrebbe potuto usufruire anche delle lezioni non fatte, mentre la seconda soluzione era quella di ricevere un buono per il valore delle lezioni non usufruite, voi direte tutto normale e quindi?... Quindi io sicuro diquello che mi veniva detto al telefono, mi reco presso la piscina dove una receptionist alquanto scortese e poco professionale mi chiede "ma con chi ha parlato?".... Alla mia risposta di non aver chiesto il nome della persona in quanto mi sembravano spiegazioni molto trasparenti sul modus operandi adottato in questi casi, prima mi dice che dovevo chiedere il nome della persona, poi si assenta e parla con un'altra persona nell'ufficio alle sue spalle, poi mi chiede il numero di telefono perché si confronterà con le colleghe e poi mi farà sapere qualcosa, il qualcosa onestamente lo sto ancora aspettando a distanza di giorni!! In conclusione io non mi aspettavo nulla di più di quello che mi era stato detto al telefono, se così non fosse stato non mi sarei preso la briga di perder tempo recandomi personalmente presso la piscina, comunque la poca professionalità dimostrata da questa " gentilissima" Signora sicuramente me la ricorderò! Gli ambienti freddi e le luci accese ben oltre il tramonto garantiscono un bellissimo effetto da bat caverna. Il nuoto libero è limitato spesso a 3 corsie sovraffollate, poi il susseguirsi di eventi (concorsi pompieri, gare di nuoto) limita anche i giorni di accesso. Di contro ho sempre trovato il personale davvero cordiale. In pratica la piscina non regge il confronto con Ala o Trento.
