S	Susy Tigani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visitato qualche giorno fa con l'intento di acquistare un materasso matrimoniale... però, peccato che di sconti come preannunciato dalla pubblicità e cartelloni vari , non so dove siano stati applicati onestamente..il materasso più economico partiva da 500 euro e l'addetto era anche poco propenso a spiegazioni e ci ha trattati con sufficienza . P	Paolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistato un materasso dopo averlo provato tre volte in giorni diversi. Mi arriva a casa ma è più duro, ma di molto, rispetto a quello in negozio. Chiedo se posso cambiarlo, con la spedizione a mie spese, come descritto nel sito, ma mi viene detto che mi daranno la metà di quanto pagato, che solo per acquisti sul sito internet si ha diritto al cambio prodotto. Bella porcheria, per me possono anche chiudere il punto vendita. Se proprio dovete comprare da loro, che non vi informano dei vostri diritti prima dell'acquisto, fatelo solo su internet. Purchased a mattress after trying it three times on different days. I get it home but it's harder, but by a lot, compared to the one in the shop. I ask if I can change it, with shipping at my expense, as described on the site, but I am told that they will give me half of the amount paid, that only for purchases on the website you are entitled to change the product. Beautiful filth, for me they can also close the store. If you really have to buy from them, who do not inform you of your rights before buying, do it only on the internet.
C	Cristina Surruvilla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ personale gentile al momento dell,acquisto, ma sinceramente sto ancora aspettando (dopo quasi 1 mese) da quando ci avevano detto che il materasso sarebbe stato consegnato. ho chiamato e sollecitato senza nessuna comunicazione in merito!!! mi sono recata oggi per lamentarmi in persona. personale sempre attento e disponibile ma chiamano alla logistica ed era chiusa. io rimango senza materasso certamente fino al prossimo anno..... ci siamo arrangiati, vero, ma con le complicazioni che suppone il non poter contare con un posto dove riposare.ma se ero in albergo a dormire. bastava che mi avessero aggiornata e mi avessero detto come stavano le cose. .... attendiamo fiduciosi nice staff at the time of purchase, but honestly i am still waiting (after almost 1 month) since we were told that the mattress would be delivered. Peccato solo che di sconti neanche l'ombra nonostante in altri PerDormire li facciano... 1500 euro di letto neanche un coprimaterasso, niente di niente, anzi... La commessa molto insistente per aggiungere all'acquisto lenzuola e quanto altro possibile. Avevo preso anche dei cuscini, poi ci ho ripensato ma la commessa pesantemente insisteva sull'acquisto... Alla fine li ho comprati ma che diamine... Fastidiosa come pochi Quality mattress and bed, arrived after a month.
