Riepilogo brevemente: sono stato trattato bruscamente al telefono, cosa poco gradita in quanto cliente. Quando sono andato a pagare il materasso che avevo prenotato telefonicamente, però, ho ricevuto le scuse da una persona garbata, che mi ha spiegato che lo avevo chiamato in un giorno in cui doveva coordinare il ritiro di materassi inzuppati per l'acqua granda di Venezia. Giornata d'inferno insomma. Per chiedermi scusa dell'accaduto, mi ha regalato delle belle lenzuola matrimoniali e una penna. I prezzi sono buoni, i prodotti sono buoni e sono stati gentili, mi hanno tenuto "parcheggiato" nel loro magazzino un materasso in sconto per quasi un mese prechè dovevo finire i lavori di casa prima.
