R	Roberto Gerace on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi....ho acquistato un letto completo di materasso....due giorni dopo la consegna mi accorgo che nella parte posteriore della testata c'è un taglio nel tessuto in corrispondenza di un bullone, fatto da chi ha montato il letto, mi premuro di avvisare lo store di Rende dove ho acquistato il letto che mi rimanda al servizio clienti.....chiamo il servizio clienti che mi dice che non possono fare nulla in quanto io ho firmato un foglio di conformità. Quindi l'azienda incassa ma non offre alcun servizio post vendita.....se comprate un letto da loro ispezionate nei dettagli il prodotto dopo la consegna perché loro se ne lavano le mani....brutta esperienza. Bad .... I bought a bed complete with mattress .... two days after delivery I realize that in the back of the headboard there is a cut in the fabric in correspondence of a bolt, made by the person who assembled the bed, I take care to notify the Rende store where I bought the bed which refers me to customer service ..... I call customer service which tells me that they can not do anything as I have signed a compliance sheet. So the company collects but does not offer any after sales service ..... if you buy a bed from them, inspect the product in detail after delivery because they wash their hands .... bad experience.

Per non parlare della poca eleganza, per non dire saccenza, del personale addetto capace non solo di non fornire edeguate ed esaustive risposte ma anche estremamente poco professionali. Peccato...!! Delivery scheduled for 21 January and not respected ... and to date, it is still not possible to have a date.
