Io ho comprato due anni fa, ma il materasso non si è dimostrato all'altezza del prezzo di costo (si sono creati due affossamenti da cedimento della lastra). Ho chiesto un loro intervento, essendo ancora in garanzia, dopo loro verifica mi è stato comunica che non rispondevano perché i loro parametri (con materasso SCARICO) non prevedono la sostituzione se non si supera un affossamento sotto i 2 cm. Così devo buttare il materasso e comprarne uno nuovo.
Great availability and professionalism, to visit. ATTENTION!!!!! I bought it two years ago, but the mattress did not prove to be up to the cost price (two depressions were created due to the collapse of the slab). I asked for their intervention, being still under warranty, after their verification I was informed that they did not respond because their parameters (with UNLOADED mattress) do not require replacement if a sinking below 2 cm is not exceeded. So I have to throw away the mattress and buy a new one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In negozio di Porto Mantovano risulta sia dal sito che da quello riportato sulla vetrina del negozio stesso, essere aperto nel weekend. Abbiamo fatto 40 km per poi trovare il negozio chiuso addirittura nel weekend black friday....direi abbastanza vergognoso!
In the Porto Mantovano store it appears both from the website and from the one shown on the shop window itself, to be open on weekends. We drove 40 km to find the shop closed even on the black friday weekend .... I would say quite shameful!
