★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo esperienza negativa non sa consigliare il materasso in base alla struttura fisica del cliente ma solamente si basa su canoni generali e superficiali. A mio avviso conosce poco le caratteristiche tecniche dei prodotti che vende visto che il materasso che ho preso ha una portata max di 120kg e io ne peso 140kg,l'ho scoperto leggendo l'etichetta quando me lo ha consegnato e riferitogli mi ha risposto che non ci sono problemi.
Pertanto la garanzia non risponde e perlopiù dopo 4 mesi è già da buttare.
Comunque coprimaterasso buttato per scarsa qualità e 1700€ di materasso buttati alle ortiche.
