Prima dello scadere della garanzia chiamo per un problema al materasso diventato troppo morbido al centro e la signora di gran classe mi risponde che non immagino nemmeno quanti chiamano per lo stesso problema?? e che sarebbe venuta a verificare il problema si presenta in casa mia e viene a dirmi che il problema è la rete del letto??? io rispondo che prima di consegnarmi il materasso erano venuti fuori 2 pseudotecnici a verificare lo stato della rete ed avevano dato l'ok la rete andava bene ed ecco la sorpresa la signora mi dice che mi cambia il materasso solo se compro la rete o altrimenti mi cambia il materasso e mi annulla la garanzia premetto che la rete l ho cambiata comprandola da un altra parte garanzia annullata... conclusioni 2 materassi in 3 anni fatto verificare quest'ultimo da un artigiano della zona PESSIMO MATERIALE PESSIMA ASSISTENZA E MOLTO MA MOLTO SCORTESI. 1000 EURO BUTTATI VIA After 3 years I find myself forced to change my mind Politeness doesn't even know what it is.
