There are 2 bathrooms with showers, a kitchen, TV, aircondition. The owner Massimo is very nice and helpful and also gives you tips where you best can park your car and everything else you want to know or need. There are grocery-stores around the corner. Note that the apartment is on the 3rd floor without elevator and in a ZTL. Everything was perfect and worked as promised! 100% recommendation :-)

My students have been staying at the Pepi apartments for the last 8 years. It has been a great experience. The apartments are clean, fully equipped, and wonderfully furnished. The location is excellent--just a few blocks from the Mercato Sant'Ambrosio and just a short walk to the Piazza del Duomo and other historic sites. The owner is a great host and makes sure that our stay is perfect. Thanks for the great experience and awesome apartments.

It was cozy and charming, yet with all the modern conveniences like dishwasher, washing machine, A/C, etc. It was also located near shopping and sightseeing, yet in a quiet part of town. For visitors with small children, there is a large park nearby with a children's play area and carousel. Massimo was a perfect host -- easy to communicate with and genuinely caring about our visit.

The location of the apartment is 20 minutes walk from the train station and about 10 minutes walk from the Cathedral and the Academy Art Gallery. There are restaurants and markets near the apartment, which is very convenient. In addition, the host, Massi, is also very friendly, the communication between us is very smooth. Massi allows us to store our luggages for a while before leaving. We are very grateful to him!

I've travelled all over Europe for nearly 20 years and of all the places I have stayed, this is the one that I love the most! Massimo makes everything so easy, has always made us feel right at home, has excellent communication, and the location is wonderful. Easy walking to everything that you want to do in Florence, close to many great restaurants, but you can still get a great night's sleep as the nights are quiet! I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else in Florence!
