★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ricevuto una borsa in regalo i primi di novembre. Dopo pochissimo utilizzo si è svitato un fermo della tracolla. In negozio ho gentilmente chiesto alla commessa un fermo perduto. Non volevo assolutamente la sostituzione. Solo un piccolo aiuto anche a pagamento. La commessa mi ha chiesto lo scontrino di acquisto che essendo un regalo non avevo. Quindi mi ha liquidata mandandomi dal calzolaio. Io spero di non avere più a che fare con questo negozio. Distinti saluti.
