Dispongo di un gazebo con soffitto motorizzato e purtroppo il motore da qualche settimana non funzionava più. Secondo i miei calcoli dovevo sostituire/riparare il motore, ma per farlo occorreva smontare tutto il pezzo posteriore del gazebo compresa la colonna dove è alloggiato proprio il motore elettrico. Sono arrivati i ragazzi e in 1 ora mi hanno risolto il problema senza smontare nulla, il motore funziona e il problema non c'è più. Grazie grazie e ancora grazie Absolutely more than happy. Education, professionalism and above all honesty !! I have a gazebo with a motorized ceiling and unfortunately the engine had not worked for a few weeks. Per sistemare i danni fatti da loro si dovrebbe smontare di nuovo alcuni degli infissi con opere murarie annesse. Per cui, per non creare questioni, siccome avevo in mano anche un loro preventivo relativo alla fornitura e installazione delle zanzariere vecchio di 5 mesi, ho chiesto che venisse considerato valido senza applicare rincari. Di tutta risposta, il preventivo è lievitato di pù di 1000€. Se questa è la soddisfazione del cliente che tanto decantano, siamo messi bene.

Tempo fa gli telefono per fargli presente che fanno acqua tutte e 3.....mi rispondono che sono fuori garanzia, ma io non ho la pretesa di non pagare, chiedo solo che mi risolvano il problema!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nel frattempo ho chiamato altro installatore, su consiglio del produttore stesso ( lui si, qualificato dal produttore della finestre Claus ) il quale afferma che secondo lui sono state montate male fin dall'inizio. Preventivo 400 euro a finestra = 1200 euro Quindi inoltro preventivo a Pellegrino, per capire come intendono muoversi. Mi chiedono se possono visionare le finestre, gli rispondo di si..... Ma nulla si muove, ri-telefono io ma ancora nulla si muove, a parte che continua a piovermi in casa. Attendo ancora qualche "temporale" poi stanco di essere preso per i fondelli , mi rivolgerò al mio legale di fiducia. In attesa tampono le infiltrazioni con stracci sotto le finestre.(vedi foto) Che bello.......... Attendo fiducioso, sperando che piova poco........... They installed 3 windows in the attic in 2017.
