A	Angelo Draicchio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMA ESPERIENZA SCONSIGLIATISSIMI!! Non li riterrei neanche dei professionisti, di buono hanno solo la scelta dei prodotti e dei materiali che ti "montano". Io con loro ho fatto una ristrutturazione importante dove mi sostituivano porte interne, finestre in ( legno) con tapparelle e zanzariere porta blindata e basculante motorizzata del garage. Con me non ne hanno azzeccata una!!!!hanno sbagliato nel rilevare le misure delle porte interne e ordinato serrature per porte esterne, sbagliata la misura del cassone tapparella nel bagno, ritardo di consegna delle finestre e tardivo montaggio io sono entrato in casa ad abitare che non avevo ancora le finestre!!!! ( "per fortuna" era Giugno...) e hanno trovato una banale scusa che la ditta che gli doveva fornire le finestre nel caricarle sul camion le erano cadute per cui le dovevano rifare.. Enorme balla!! mi sono informato successivamente ed era una bugia. Mi hanno sbagliato anche la gattaiola nel vetro di una finestra per l' uscita del gatto..Hanno commesso molteplici errori nei montaggi per cui sono anche dei pessimi montatori. E in ultimo (ma ce ne sarebbe ancora da dire) riguardo la loro tanto acclamata garanzia in 2 anni non si sono mai fatto sentire visto che dopo sei mesi mi dovevano regolare alcune finestre (io le ho in legno) ma francamente non li voglio neanche più vedere in casa.. NON ANDATE DA LORO!!! VERY POOR EXPERIENCE NOT RECOMMENDED !! I wouldn't even consider them professionals, the only good thing is the choice of products and materials that "fit" you. I inquired later and it was a lie. I was also mistaken for the cat flap in the glass of a window for the cat's exit. They made many mistakes in the montages so they are also very bad editors. And lastly (but there would still be something to say) about their highly acclaimed warranty in 2 years I never made myself heard since after six months I had to adjust some windows (I have them in wood) but frankly I don't want them either more see at home .. Ho ristrutturato casa e mi sono affidata a Vetras Serramenti per la realizzazione della veranda, la sostituzione degli infissi, delle zanzariere e della porta blindata. Il risultato è stato fantastico! Serietà, competenza e precisione. Hanno rispettato i tempi di consegna e le misure prese sono risultate perfette! Anche al termine dei lavori l'azienda si è dimostrata molto disponibile: li ho ricontattati dopo 4 mesi perchè, dopo aver rimosso temporaneamente la porta finestra della veranda per un altro lavoro, non sono piú riuscita a rimetterla in asse. Mi hanno dato appuntamento per il giorno dopo e in mezz'ora hanno sistemato il tutto! Riguardo alla scelta degli infissi e della porta blindata, mi hanno accompagnata nella soluzione piú adatta alle mie esigenze e la qualità dei materiali è veramente ottima! Anche il velux, nonostante fosse fuori misura, è stato ordinato rispettando sia le misure che i tempi, e l'apertura è davvero agevole. L'esperienza quindi è stata ottima e consiglio di rivolgersi a questa azienda per qualsiasi lavoro inerenti ai serramenti ed ogni lavorazione riguardante il vetro! Vetras Serramenti is a guarantee! Il vetraio ha lavorato benissimo! Oggi mi sono nuovamente recata in negozio per il preventivo di una vetrata per un portico. Vedremo il preventivo ma:sono stati gentilissimi e molto disponibili.ottjmo. bravi! Sono molto professionali, applicano prezzi giusti ed utilizzano prodotti di qualità superiore. Consiglio a chiunque debba fare Infissi sul nuovo oppure ristrutturare il vecchio di contattarli e magari di visitare il loro show-room in via Trieste, 200 Ravenna e chiedere del titolare sig. Fabbri. PS: Faccio notare che il Titolare è una persona molto disponibile, affabile e professionale. Complimenti.... ?? Spero di non aver più bisogno di interventi ma, essendo Vetras un nome noto a Ravenna, inizierò a utilizzare i loro servizi anche per l'altra attività e per casa.
