Il personale dell'ufficio è stato molto solerte e gentile e mi ha indicato di andare al pomeriggio in quanto il modello era disponibile. Così ho fatto e verso sera ho potuto portare a casa l'auto con il lunotto sostituito. Gentilezza, disponibilità e competenza caratterizzano questa azienda di Ravenna. About 20 days ago the rear window of my Panda was shattered and, having included the glasses in my insurance policy, I contacted VetroCar for replacement. The office staff was very attentive and kind and showed me to go in the afternoon because the model was available. Da wir aber auf der Durchreise waren, hat uns die Werkstatt in Ravenna innerhalb von 2 Stunden dran genommen. 100% weiter zu empfehlen. Super Service. Actually, it would have taken 2 - 3 days to get an appointment. But since we were passing through, the workshop in Ravenna took us on within 2 hours. 100% recommendable.
