Ho specificato che avevo bisogno di un intervento urgente perché, oltre a non potermi lavare, non potevo accendere il riscaldamento e fuori la temperatura si avvicina allo 0. Mi è stato detto di attendere in casa l'arrivo del tecnico, ho aspettato tutto il pomeriggio, ho rinunciato a fare cose importanti (come comprarmi del cibo) solo per aspettare un tecnico che non è mai arrivato. Alla terza volta che ho chiamato la signorina al telefono mi ha detto che avrebbe contattato i tecnici e mi avrebbe richiamato per dirmi quando arrivavano, ma non mi ha mai richiamato. Alla quarta volta che ho chiamato non ha risposto più nessuno. Così dovrò passare un'altra notte al gelo. Servizio assolutamente pessimo, ma soprattutto rimango allibito per l'assoluta mancanza di comprensione di una situazione a dir poco disagiata e per avermi evidentemente preso in giro costringendomi ad aspettare un giorno intero per poi non ricevere alcuna assistenza quando avrei potuto contattare qualcun altro.
