★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. La proprietaria è incompetente e sgarbata. Ho portato la bici per riparare una foratura e mi ha sostituito il copertone adducendo che era rovinato. Peccato che era praticamente nuovo, che è stato sostituito con uno di qualità inferiore senza peraltro avvertire e mettendomi di fronte al fatto compiuto...40€ per un servizio inutile.
Bad experience. The owner is incompetent and rude. I brought the bike to repair a puncture and he replaced the tire on the grounds that it was damaged. Too bad it was practically new, which was replaced with a lower quality one without however warning and putting me in front of the fait accompli ... € 40 for a useless service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima assistenza. Ho prenotato le bici un mese fa e sono arrivato nello stesso istante di un ragazzo che aveva già pagato la bici con seggiolone per bambino. Il ragazzo gentilmente ha capito e ci ha lasciato le bici. Il giorno prima ero passato per ricordarglielo ed era al telefono, senza neanche riattaccare mi parlava con aria di sufficienza. Quando ho posato le bici stava dormendo e non si è degnata di alzarsi....se è così che si tratta la clientela...
