Questa mia riflessione potrà sembrare all’apparenza viziata da una sindrome nostalgica, come di un inguaribile romantico che guarda al passato con gli occhi umidi per qualcosa che non esiste in questo panificio di in un piccolo paese che dovrebbe coltivare tradizioni. È assurdo che il pane che vendono in questo panificio non arriva a fine giornata o meglio ci arriva con una consistenza tipo chewingum ma che farina usate?00 iper raffinata?Le persone cordiali ma attaccate al centesimo e a fine giornata pane e focacce se avanzano con un gesto carino si possono regalare o scontare invece niente da fare.

This reflection of mine may seem apparently tainted by a nostalgic syndrome, like an incurable romantic who looks to the past with wet eyes for something that does not exist in this bakery in a small town that should cultivate traditions. It is absurd that the bread they sell in this bakery does not arrive at the end of the day or rather it arrives there with a consistency like chewingum but what kind of flour do you use? 00 hyper refined? cute gesture you can give or discount instead nothing to do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dalla foto che c'e fuori sembrava meglio la focaccia spero di avere preso per sbaglio delle focaccie un po durette ,il gusto e buono ,sto cercando un negozio che le faccia come Genova,morbida con un po di olio senza esagerare e non troppo spessa.Vedro' la prossima volta per valutare un po po meglio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veramente tutto molto buono. Focaccia, focaccia farcita, con Crescenza, pizza, torta verde.... Tutto delizioso. Il pane è fresco e alla sera è ancora morbido.
Un po' angusto come spazi.
È proprio il Forno di una volta, da paesino. È veramente ottimo.
E la ragazza che serve..... ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero in vacanza a Santo Stefano e sono passata per prendere la focaccia tipica ligure...la ragazza che mi ha servita quando le ho detto "volevo provare la focaccia tipica ligure" mi ha risposto con "si si, sono €...." come per prendermi in giro...focaccia per niente buona, sembrava addirittura vecchia e non era per niente quella tipica ligure...mai più...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buona qualità degli ingredienti. C’è un po’ di coda e quindi è consigliabile ordinare se si vuole trovare quello che si desidera altrimenti si rischia di rimanere a bocca asciutta. Si trovano anche degli ottimi biscotti e sfiziosi taralli salati. Personale cordiale e gentile.
