Best Bicycle rental service in Italia

N	Nausicaa Ruggiero (CiAMBiTUBE) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale non qualificato poichè parlano solo italiano ed un francese scarso, inoltre i mezzi noleggiati erano alquanto vecchi e mal ridotti, ne è conseguito uno spiacevole disagio dato che rompendosi abbiamo dovuto trascinare la bici per 3 km per recarci nello stand più vicino, sentendoci rimproverare del danno e che avremmo dovuto risarcire. Ovviamente NON mi sono sentita in dovere di farlo dato si presuppone abbiano LORO un'assicurazione come da logica, inoltre era una bici vecchia, con ruote già sgonfie in partenza, quindi forse era più gradito non dico uno sconto sul pacchetto intera giornata x 5 persone, ma almeno tacere di fronte tale incompetenza nell'organizzare il proprio lavoro. Credo che non ripeterò questa esperienza solo per il fatto che la proprietaria è stata cafona, maleducata ed incompetente. Consiglio (dato che le bici sono vecchie e capita spesso di romperle , mettete una navetta, un kart, un bici con il carrellino, in modo da risolvere voi tali disagi, e non i clienti) grazie. Unqualified staff as they only speak Italian and a poor French, moreover the rented vehicles were somewhat old and badly reduced, an unpleasant discomfort ensued since breaking we had to drag the bike for 3 km to go to the nearest stand, feeling scolded at the damage and that we should have compensated. Obviously I did NOT feel compelled to do so given they are assumed to have THEIR insurance as logically, also it was an old bike, with wheels already deflated at the start, so perhaps it was more welcome I don't say a discount on the full day package x 5 people , but at least keep silent about this incompetence in organizing one's work. I believe that I will not repeat this experience just for the fact that the owner has been nice, rude and incompetent. Council (given that the bikes are old and often break them, put a shuttle, a kart, a bike with the trolley, so as to solve you these inconveniences, and not the customers) thanks.
F	Federica Anselmi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Penso sia uno dei pochi servizi che funziona in Liguria, le biciclette che abbiamo preso a noleggio erano ben tenute, si trovano diversi punti di noleggio lungo la pista molto attrezzati e il personale è gentile e pronto a fornire informazioni. La ciclabile lunga quasi 30 km e comodissima, potrebbe essere tenuta meglio, ma comunque e percorribile in tutta tranquillità, costeggia il lungomare e ci sono molti bar e punti di ristoro lungo il percorso. I think it's one of the few services that works in Liguria, the bikes that we hired were well maintained, there are several rental shops along the track very equipped and the staff is friendly and willing to provide information. The cycle almost 30 km long and comfortable, could be kept better, but still viable and in peace, along the promenade and there are many bars and eateries along the way.

Le biciclette sono adeguate alla pista ciclabile. Vi sono sulla pista ciclabile molto punti per lasciare la bicicletta oppure per piccole riparazioni. Esperienza da rifare. Very friendly and helpful staff, before delivery, the bikes were checked for proper functioning. Bicycles are suitable for the cycle path. There are many points on the cycle path to leave the bike or for minor repairs. Experience to be redone.

He replaced the brake handle mechanism for the back brakes, and the disc on the front. Perfect job done, and with a smile. What a relief - I can now cycle downhill safely. Thanks Mario
M	Ma Pa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented 5 diffefent bikes. They were all well serviced and good enough for our daily trip. The price was better than next door, the communication in English good enough. We recomend this place and the trip along the cost. The bike ride was really great.
