★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho notato la coda di persone in attesa fuori dal locale e spesso questo è un indice di qualità. In effetti sia le paste lievitate che i mignon sono di ottima qualità. L'ambiente poi ha un gusto antico con arredi e disposizione della merce che trasmettono la cura e la dedizione tipica dei laboratori artigianali dalle grandi tradizioni.
 I noticed the queue of people waiting outside the club and this is often a sign of quality. In fact, both the leavened pastries and the mignons are of excellent quality. The environment then has an ancient taste with furnishings and arrangement of the goods that transmit the care and dedication typical of artisan workshops with great traditions.

Oltre al fatto che c'è una pulizia ed un ordine nella disposizione che invoglia moltissimo, abbiamo preso dei bomboloni per merenda ed erano a dir poco squisiti. Assolutamente consigliata. Noi ci torneremo sicuramente.
We passed them by chance and we could not stop. Super pastry !!! In addition to the fact that there is a cleanliness and order in the arrangement that invites a lot, we took some donuts for a snack and they were nothing short of delicious. Absolutely recommended. We will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pasticceria storica di Follonica. Si trova proprio difronte alla stazione. Paste e dolci buonissimi. Ambiente piccolo mentre i tavoli fuori non sono granché si potrebbe fare qualcosa meglio per non mangiare sul cofano della macchina. Norme covid ok. Accesso disabili ok ma attorno tante auto.
Historic pastry shop in Follonica. It is located right in front of the station. Delicious pastas and desserts. Small environment while the tables outside are not much you could do something better not to eat on the hood of the car. Covid rules ok. Disabled access ok but there are many cars around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pasticceria Pecchia a Follonica, nei pressi della Stazione Ferroviaria, le 4 stelle sono meritate dai prodotti in vendita, visto che il negozio esteticamente si potrebbe migliorare. Ottimi i Macarons, (seppure un po’ cari) e la Sfogliata alla pera, non altrettanto all’altezza la Parigina.
Ci torneremo sicuramente per assaggiare altre specialità!
Pasticceria Pecchia in Follonica, near the railway station, the 4 stars are deserved by the products on sale, as the shop could be aesthetically improved. The Macarons are excellent, (albeit a little expensive) and the pear pastry, not as good as the Parisian.
We will definitely be back to taste other specialties!
