★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio di riparazioni per elettronica e telefonia. Proprietario competente in materia e prezzi onesti. Parcheggio in piazza Ricci molto comodo perché e a 20 metri dal negozio. Consiglio di telefonare prima di andare direttamente in negozio in quanto a volte trovate chiuso perché lui è fuori per alcuni lavori.
 Repair shop for electronics and telephony. Competent owner and honest prices. Parking in Piazza Ricci very convenient because it is 20 meters from the shop. I recommend calling before going directly to the store as sometimes you find it closed because he is out for some jobs.

Purtroppo, la riparazione richiesta (UNA cuffia bluetooth), non solo non si è riusciti a riparate il problema (il che potrebbe anche capitare), ma ho atteso più di tre settimane, per poi ritornare al punto di partenza. Mi avessero detto subito, che il problema non era risolvibile, ne avrei comprate un paio nuove, così da non perdere altro tempo.
Very friendly and helpful salespeople (I would have given 4 stars).
Unfortunately, the requested repair (ONE bluetooth headset) not only failed to fix the problem (which could also happen), but I waited more than three weeks before returning to the starting point. They had told me immediately, that the problem was not solvable, I would have bought a couple new, so as not to waste any more time.

Comprato telefono usato al prezzo di 140 euro. Il telefono mi e’ stato venduto completamente scarico e spento in modo da impedire il controllo. A casa il telefono e’ risultato difettoso, il bottone centrale non funzionava. Riportato in negozio il telefono il giorno dopo mi veniva proposto come rimborso un buono da spendere in negozio, alla mia richiesta di un rimborso totale in contanti, mi e’ stata detratta l iva rimborsandomi solo 114 euro e RUBANDOMI 26 euro. Inoltre mi sono dovuto recare in negozio 5 volte per completare il tutto. Esperienza disastrosa
A TOTAL CIALTRON TO AVOID CAREFULLY
Bought used phone at the price of 140 euros. The phone was sold to me completely discharged and turned off in order to prevent control. At home the telephone was defective, the central button did not work. When the phone was brought back to the shop the next day, I was offered a voucher to spend in the shop as a refund. Upon my request for a full refund in cash, my VAT was deducted, reimbursing me only 114 euros and STEALING me 26 euros. Also I had to go to the shop 5 times to get it all done. Disastrous experience
