★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto poco professionale. Ho portato il mio PC, ho spiegato il problema e ho detto che già avevo aperto il computer per inserire una RAM e un SSD di cui mi e stato chiesta la marca. Poi è stato preso il numero di telefono per contattarmi. Dopo 17 giorni non ho ricevuto nessuna chiamata, alche ho chiamato io e mi è stato detto che il mio computer non era stato proprio controllato poiché era già stato aperto in precedenza da me (cosa già dichiarata e annotata in fase di accettazione). In ogni caso non mi è stata fatta nessuna chiamata per informarmi del problema.
Very unprofessional. I brought my PC, I explained the problem and I said that I had already opened the computer to insert a RAM and an SSD whose brand was requested. Then the phone number was taken to contact me. After 17 days I didn't receive any calls, I even called and I was told that my computer hadn't really been checked since it had already been opened by me previously (something already declared and noted in the acceptance phase). In any case, no call was made to inform me of the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per chi dovesse portare un telefono in riparazione... Regalatevene uno nuovo!
La mia esperienza è stata con un Samsung Galaxy A7 2018, dopo un mese di vita accidentalmente mi si rompe il display e lo porto in riparazione.
Il risultato? Dopo tre giorni dall'averlo ritirato sono tornato al negozio perché entrava polvere nelle fotocamere anteriori e posteriori. il proprietario si è giustificato dicendo che una volta riparato un telefono perde di permeabilità ma avrebbero provato a mettere più colla!!
Il punto è stato che dopo la pulizia delle fotocamere e "più colla" la polvere continuava ad entrare nel telefono, ma non solo una volta: sono ritornato al negozio per altre 3 volte, sempre con lo stesso problema da loro causato.
Il problema è persistito per 6 mesi, fin quando deciso di liberarmi del telefono per darlo ad un mio familiare lo riporto almeno per un' ultima pulizia, ma quando per l'ultima volta vado a ritirarlo mi rendo conto che in un punto lo schermo risultava rialzato di qualche millimetro rispetto allo chassis del telefono. INCREDIBILE.

My experience was with a Samsung Galaxy A7 2018, after a month of life I accidentally break the display and take it for repair.
The result? After three days of picking it up, I returned to the store because dust entered the front and rear cameras. the owner justified himself by saying that once repaired a phone loses its permeability but they would try to put more glue !!
The point was that after cleaning the cameras and "more glue" the dust kept getting into the phone, but not just once: I returned to the store 3 more times, always with the same problem they caused.
The problem persisted for 6 months, until when I decided to get rid of the phone to give it to a family member, I reported it at least for a last cleaning, but when I went to collect it for the last time I realized that at one point the screen was raised a few millimeters compared to the phone's chassis. INCREDIBLE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato qui un paio di giorni fa. Avevo un telefono pressoché inutilizzabile (schermo e varie funzioni praticamente andate) ed ero sul punto di comprare un telefono nuovo. Venendo qui sono riuscito a riparare il mio telefono e ad evitare un nuovo acquisto. Il telefono ora è come nuovo ed i pezzi sono stati reperiti in tempi ottimi.

I was here a couple of days ago. I had an almost unusable phone (screen and various functions practically gone) and I was about to buy a new phone. Coming here I managed to repair my phone and avoid a new purchase. The phone is now like new and the pieces have been found in good times.

Sono andato ad aggiustare il mio telefono, mi hanno detto prima di prenderselo se si poteva fare e dopo mi hanno dato i tempi,non hanno fatto come quelli che si prendono una cosa tua e poi non si sa nulla.
Hanno rispettato i tempi,anzi anticipandoli, e il prezzo era onesto,cioè un prezzo che mi permetteva di poter scegliere di aggiustarlo e non i prezzi assurdi in giro con tempi di lavoro lunghi dove alla fine dici ok lasciamo perdere.
Ottima esperienza,inoltre ho visto buon assortimento di iPhone ricondizionati e gadget vari che possono sempre servire al momento.
Consiglio Mastercell per risolvere i problemi.

I went to fix my phone, they told me first to take it if it could be done and then they gave me the times, they didn't do like those who take something of yours and then you don't know anything.
They respected the times, even anticipating them, and the price was honest, that is a price that allowed me to choose to fix it and not the absurd prices around with long working times where in the end you say ok let's forget it.
Excellent experience, I also saw a good assortment of refurbished iPhones and various gadgets that can always be used at the moment.
