Personale professionale e molto preparato per tutto quello che concerne enologia, materiale per produrre birra e distillati artigianalmente a casa. Eseguono anche le analisi chimiche dell'acqua. Prezzi leggermente sopra la media. Attività accreditata di bottega storica faentina. Unica pecca: scarso parcheggio esterno ma questo non dipende da loro.
