Un conto è acquistare un dispositivo in un grande negozio delle solite catene, tutt'altra esperienza è trovare chi ascolta le tue esigenze, valuta e ti consiglia per il meglio, rimanendo poi disponibile per qualsiasi aiuto. Da PC Style non sei mai uno scontrino qualsiasi, ma un volto e un nome. Altro che le classiche frasi del commesso che ti risponde "mi dispiace, deve rivolgersi al servizio assistenza di questa o quella marca"; qui, la risposta standard è "tranquillo, ci penso io, appena ho risolto ti chiamo".
Competence, professionalism, availability, attention to the customer are the characteristics that add to the friendliness that welcomes you in this small but precious shop. It is one thing to buy a device in a large shop of the usual chains, it is quite another experience to find someone who listens to your needs, evaluates and advises you for the best, remaining then available for any help. At PC Style you are never just any receipt, but a face and a name. Other than the classic phrases of the salesman who answers "I'm sorry, you must contact the after-sales service of this or that brand"; here, the standard answer is "don't worry, I'll take care of it, I'll call you as soon as I've solved it".
