★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho aspettato alcuni giorni prima di scrivere la recensione per vedere se effettivamente il mio computer funzionasse davvero. E devo dire che per come era messo i ragazzi di PC Express sono riusciti a resuscitarlo. Ho speso 130 euro per la sostituzione con un nuovo Hard-disc (il mio si era fuso) e la sostituzione della RAM, il salvataggio di tutti i miei dati su memoria esterna, la manutenzione della ventola con pasta termica dato che tendeva molto a surriscaldarsi, installazione windows 10 e alcuni programmi. Nei 130 euro erano compresi anche il servizio di assistenza a domicilio (50 euro) in cui mi hanno spiegato per filo e per segno cosa andassero a fare, cosa che ho davvero apprezzato. Devo dire che mi son trovata bene, ho chiamato all'ora di pranzo e alle 15.00 erano già a casa mia e nel giro di poche ore il mio pc è tornato funzionante. Bravi!
 I waited a few days before writing the review to see if my computer actually worked. And I must say that the way the PC Express guys were put they managed to resurrect it. I spent 130 euros for the replacement with a new Hard-disc (mine had melted) and the replacement of the RAM, saving all my data on external memory, maintenance of the fan with thermal paste since it tended to overheat a lot , install windows 10 and some programs. The 130 euros also included the home care service (50 euros) in which they explained to me in detail what they were going to do, which I really appreciated. I must say that I found myself well, I called at lunchtime and at 3 pm they were already at my house and within a few hours my PC was back in working order. Bravi!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io ho pagato 160 euro e il problema non è stato risolto e mi sono trovato nella necessità di rivolgermi altrove che con 50 euro (non dai cinesi) mi hanno risolto il problema. Controllate che la ricevuta che vi rilasciano contenga la numerazione fiscale!
I paid 160 euros and the problem was not solved and I found myself in need of going elsewhere which with 50 euros (not from the Chinese) solved the problem. Check that the receipt they issue contains the tax number!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Argomento la mia recensione.
1) mi hanno fatto un preventivo in cui mi chiedevano ben 280 euro per il backup e ripristino file del mio PC (per un confronto, a un centro assistenza di cinesi mi hanno chiesto per la stessa cosa 40 euro, comunque forse troppi: poi che non si dica male degli stranieri)
AGGIUNTA IN RISPOSTA ALLA REPLICA DEL TITOLARE:
SOLO "BACKUP E RIPRISTINO" C'ERA SCRITTO SUL PREVENTIVO CHE POSSO FOTOGRAFARE E RENDERE PUBBLICO SE NECESSARIO.
AD OGNI MODO NON È QUESTO IL PUNTO DELLA MIA RECENSIONE MA IL PUNTO 2) SOTTO >>
2) l'alternativa era sostuire il mio PC con un Mac usato, pagandomi un tot per il mio vecchio.
Accetto questa seconda opzione. Fissiamo un giorno per il ritiro del mio.
La persona che doveva passare NON SI PRESENTA senza avvertirmi.
Provo a chiamare x avere notizie. La persona non è raggiungibile.
Non sono mai stato richiamato.

Bad experience. Topic my review.
1) they made me a quote in which they asked me for 280 euros for the backup and restore of my PC files (for a comparison, at a Chinese service center they asked me for the same thing 40 euros, however perhaps too many: then that don't say bad things about foreigners)
