G	Giuseppe Matarrese on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho sempre portato la macchina lì MA DOPO OGGI NON MI VEDRANNO PIU perché avendo loro un problema con i sensore dei fumi mi hanno portato la macchina ad un regime di giri molto alto per una ventina di volte (sembrava quasi esplodere) spero non abbia causato danni . Veramente poco professionali. I have always brought the car there BUT AFTER TODAY THEY WILL NOT SEE ME MORE because having them a problem with the smoke sensor they brought me the car at a very high rpm for about twenty times (it almost seemed to explode) I hope it did not cause damage . Tutto bene sino a quando non è andato in pensione il vecchio capofficina: una persona veramente intelligente: competente, affidabile, educata. Conosceva i dati della mia macchina meglio di me. Dopo di lui sono cambiati almeno due responsabili, durati entrambi poco. Insomma, prima non si riusciva ad entrare tante erano le auto dei clienti, ora è sempre desolatamente quasi vuoto. E si capisce perchè: sono stato dietro loro tre mesi per una banale riparazione, che peraltro avevano quotato con un preventivo altissimo, e dopo che sono passato da loro almeno 20 volte, senza che mi abbiano mai degnato di una chiamata, dopo avere rimandato con scuse sempre diverse, ora mi dicono di non avere più l'autorizzazione della Renault. Non so se è l'ennesima menzogna, ma se così fosse proprio non mi stupirei. Alla larga. I have been a customer of this workshop for 10 years.
