Ma Benedetta Sorte, se non avete personale per rispondere al telefono o la politica interna vi impone di non rispondere alle email o di prendere appuntamento di persona Come diavolo fa la gente normale a ricevere assistenza di base? Inviare le richieste nel form non da risultati. Mia nonna aveva 90 anni e dava due giri ad ognuna delle signore sedute a quella scrivania.
