★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo appuntamento 28/04/21 mi hanno chiamato 4 ore prima e mi hanno detto di annullare l’appuntamento perché non ci sono i lavoratori poi oggi data 25/06/21 mi chiamano per annullare ora 12:00 per disdire l’appuntamento che c’è l’ho data 8/07/21 perchè manca un lavoratore. Ho anni che vado da cigl ma quest’anno non mi trovo bene perché mi fanno sempre disdire e mi chiamano sempre ultimo momento

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non si riesce a parlare con un operatore per prendere un appuntamento. Inoltre, non è chiaro quando è aperto. Ho provato una decina a chiamare ma c'è sempre la segreteria. Quando mi ha risposto l'operatrice, ha fatto cadere la linea e non sono più riuscita a parlare. Abbastanza problematico avere un contatto.

Io mi chiedo a che serve il sindacato se poi quando hai bisogno sono latitanti.
E ancora, mi chiedo a cosa servano le recensioni negative se poi non migliorate il servizio?
Le critiche servono a migliorare, voi continuate a peggiorare quotidianamente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo riconoscere che nonostante le grandi difficoltà che il periodo che abbiamo vissuto nella stretta dolorosa del COVID ,gli uffici pubblici e comunali di Rimini hanno dato una risposta positiva alla popolazione Dato che a me a Leroy Merlin avevano rubato con destrezza la borsa ,ho frequentato per riavere i miei documenti ,tutti i luoghi utili per far sì di riaverli al più presto Quindi dopo aver avuto via email gli appuntamenti per andare agli sportelli di rilascio mi son resa conto del grosso lavoro fatto dall’ amministrazione comunale per tutelare chi doveva come me avere di nuovo codice fiscale ,patente e carta di identità Il lavoro di distanziamento e di misure restrittive ha creato file enormi ma tutto è stato svolto velocemente dagli addetti Unico neo ho notato che sebbene attorno all edificio ci sia un verde parco con panchine un po’ di manutenzione dei sotto scala abbandonati all incuria sarebbe utile e darebbe prestigio a Rimini Anche perché in tutta la città e in corso un bellissimo restilyng Questa e il palazzo degli uffici comunali di Rimini a due piani ma con ascensore x diabili

Io pago le tasse per i vostri stipendi e voi non avete nemmeno la voglia di lavorare, vi licenzierei tutti ma non solo voi pure le sedi Cattolica, Urbino e circondario anzi a tutti voi statali che prendete soldi per non fare niente e intanto i cittadini ricevono un servizio pessimo. Vergogna devono cambiarvi ogni tot di anni se no non imparate a lavorare

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMA. TOTALE IMPOSSIBILITA' di comunicare. Sei completamente ignorato, ti trattano male e non rispondono ad email. Nè l'impiegata, nè la responsabile nè il segretario generale cui ho inviato reclamo via pec. Ho una pratica presso INCA da quasi un anno pe un controllo della posizione contributiva e non mi danno risposte. Ho dovuto rivolgermi direttamente all'INPS per conoscere lo stato della pratica. Non si erano accorti che era bloccata per un disguido e sono dovuta intervenire io. L'ufficio controllo buste paga da un anno non mi ha dato esito, non risponde ad email. Consiglio vivamente di non affidarsi assolutamente alla CGIL
