Finalmente riesco a fare un salto e mi viene detto che non prendevano più appuntamenti! Premetto che ero in orario, compatibile con quello esposto fuori dalla porta, di almeno un'ora prima della chiusura. Ora visto che sono 3 mesi che non percepisco gli assegni familiari cosa devo fare per avere un appuntamento? Sia al telefono che presentandosi li sul posto. Maybe they will be good at their job, but in communicating with those who have to make an appointment the level is less than zero. Una volta recatami nel patronato mi hanno ricevuta in perfetta puntualità e l'impiegato che si è occupato della mia pratica di ISEE è stato efficiente. I made an appointment a few days later, I didn't have to wait long. La dichiarazione dei redditi più sofferta della mia vita! Rivolgetevi ad un altro CAAF, anche ACLI, ma non a questa sede! Bad experience! They do not reply to emails, you cannot contact them on the phone, no essential information provided after the service. The hardest tax return of my life! Contact another CAAF, including ACLI, but not here!
