In loro ripongo maggior fiducia che negli organi preposti (vedi Inps) li trovo più affidabili e disponibili. Meritano, meritano davvero I started "attending" the patronage for some work related practices. I have always found exceptional friendliness and preparation. Nessuna ricerca e nessun impegno da parte dell'operatrice di turno. Ho deciso pertanto di rivolgermi ad un altro CAF. Una maternità deve essere riconosciuta, se mi sono rivolta a voi è perché speravo poteste sistemare la situazione. Grazie per il suo interesse, mi ha fatto piacere. I asked to settle my contribution situation, there is no maternity in 1993 (birth of my son), but unfortunately I was liquidated in a very vague way after more than a year of silence and after presenting all the required documentation, I was told that INPS had not responded. Avrei dato 5* se non fosse che, dopo aver pagato, non è più stato possibile parlare con nessuno al telefono né ricevere alcuna risposta via mail... Nonostante gli innumerevoli solleciti, ad oggi, non so se il procedimento è andata a buon fine, se la documentazione in mio possesso è sufficiente per dare prova all'agenzia delle entrate, più altri chiarimenti che non ho più avuto modo di ricevere. L'unica cosa che so x certo è che ho pagato... Peccato. Mi ero trovato molto bene fino a quel momento... I submitted the declaration M.P. in November 2020 and everything had gone well.
