★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il Lunedì è il giorno peggiore della settimana perchè dopo la chiusura di sabato e domenica,sono tanti gli assistiti che hanno bisogno di ricette e di prenotare esami urgenti ma al telefono la "voce automatica" riferisce che si può avere i contatti solo a partire dalle ore 10,00.
A me sembra che si vuole lavorare all'incontrario ma nessuno vuole porre un rimedio.
Altri medici di famiglia, alla reception e al telefono iniziano già tutti i giorni alle ore 8,00 (Via Mascherpa/Via Firenze) e svolgono con passione e professionalità il proprio lavoro per il bene comune.
Qualcuno ... può farsene una opinione.

It seems to me that you want to work the other way around but nobody wants to fix it.
Other family doctors, at the reception and on the phone already start every day at 8.00 (Via Mascherpa / Via Firenze) and carry out their work for the common good with passion and professionalism.
